Status pages your customers can trust

When something breaks, customers want to know whether you know. A status page answers that before they write to support. It is built from your monitors, so it is already up to date.

14 days, no commitment. Cancel any time.

How it works

  1. 1

    Choose the monitors

Pick which monitors appear and how they are grouped. Give them names your customers recognise.

  2. 2

    Make it yours

Add your logo and, if you like, serve the page on your own domain with a CNAME record.

  3. 3

    Share the link

Link it from your site and your emails. Visitors can subscribe to updates.

What you get

Live status from your monitors

Each component shows the real state of its monitors, with the uptime history behind it.

Your domain, or a private page

Use status.yourcompany.com, or protect the page with a password for internal use.

Email subscribers

People confirm their address (double opt-in), get notified about incidents and maintenance, and can unsubscribe in one click.

Incidents and maintenance

Updates and planned work appear on the page in chronological order.

Where it helps

  • SaaS products

Give customers one place to check before they contact support.

  • Internal services

A password-protected page for the tools your own team depends on.

  • Agencies

One page per client, with the monitors that matter to them.

Questions

Do I need my own domain?

No. Every page has a default address on our domain. A custom domain is optional and uses a CNAME record.

How many status pages can I have?

It depends on the plan: 1 on Solo, 3 on Plus, 10 on Pro and 25 on Enterprise.

Can I hide individual components?

You can show a group as a single status, without listing the monitors inside it.

Can I embed the status on my own site?

Yes. A small script shows the current status on any page.
