Uptime monitoring, status pages, alerts

Know it is down before your customers do.

FrogStatus checks your sites, APIs and servers from several regions, tells your team where they already work, and keeps a status page on your own domain up to date.

14 days, no commitment. Cancel any time.

One place for every kind of check

  • HTTPS and HTTP
  • TCP port
  • Ping
  • DNS
  • SSL expiry
  • Domain expiry
  • Heartbeat (cron jobs)
  • Page speed (real browser)

Everything a small team needs, nothing it does not

Checks from several regions

An outage that only one region sees does not wake anyone up. Choose where each monitor runs, down to a 15 second interval.

Alerts where you work

Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhooks and PagerDuty. Reminders repeat while the problem lasts, and a recovery notice tells you when it is over.

Assertions, not just status codes

Fail a check on the response body or a JSON value, and see a slow service marked degraded. Track uptime against an SLO, with percentiles and Apdex.

Incidents and maintenance

Post updates as an incident moves from investigating to resolved. Schedule maintenance windows and alerts stay quiet while planned work is under way.

Certificates and domains

Get warned weeks before an SSL certificate or a domain registration expires, instead of the morning it does.

Built for teams

Invite people with owner, admin or member roles, protect accounts with two-factor authentication and automate with API tokens.

Questions, answered

Why no free plan?

We would rather run fewer, better monitors than host thousands of abandoned ones. The 14-day trial lets you try everything first.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you have saved a card, your plan starts and is charged. If not, monitoring is suspended, and your data is deleted 30 days later unless you subscribe.

Can I use my own domain for the status page?

Yes. Point a CNAME at us and we serve the page on your domain, over HTTPS.

Where do the checks run?

From our own probes in several regions. You pick the regions per monitor.

Can I change plan later?

At any time. An upgrade applies at once with a prorated credit; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period.

How do you handle my data?

We process it to provide the service, as the privacy policy and the data processing agreement linked below describe.
