Alerts that reach the right place
A monitor is only useful if someone hears about it. FrogStatus sends alerts to the places your team already looks at, repeats them while the problem lasts and tells you when it is over.
14 days, no commitment. Cancel any time.
How it works
- 1
Add a channel
Choose email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, a webhook or PagerDuty and fill in its details.
- 2
Send a test
A test message confirms that it arrives before you depend on it.
- 3
Set the reminders
For each monitor choose whether the alert repeats, how often and how many times.
What you get
Six kinds of channel
Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, webhooks and PagerDuty.
Repeat reminders
Every 5, 15 or 60 minutes, or your own interval, with a limit. They stop when the monitor recovers.
Recovery notices
You are told when the service is back, so you can stop looking.
Reliable delivery
Failed deliveries are retried, so a short outage of Slack or your mail server does not lose the alert.
Where it helps
A team chat
Send alerts where the whole team sees them.
On-call
Page the person on duty through PagerDuty.
Your own tools
Connect a webhook to automate a response.
Questions
Can I send different monitors to different channels?
No. Every alert goes to all the channels of the workspace.
Do reminders stop on their own?
Yes. They stop after the maximum number you set, and as soon as the monitor recovers.
What if a channel stops working?
Delivery is retried, and a permanent failure, such as an address that no longer exists, is not retried.
